Do we need another application to use this product?
Our Presets is an add-on made for Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop (Camera Raw) and Lightroom CC Mobile applications. You will need to have atleast one of the app in able to install the preset.

How do I place an order?
Once you’ve decided a product(s), just simply click “Buy Now” button beside the product thumbnail and proceed to Checkout.
For multiple product purchase, click the cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Checkout.
What payment method do you accept?
Currently we only offers Paypal as the main payment option for your convenience. You can also use Credit Card via Paypal.
I placed an order, but I never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Our products are digital and it will be delivered right away. With this matter, canceling order is not possible.
I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my code.
We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.
What if my credit card on paypal is declined?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
